That God is the eternal creator of the universe existing in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Gen. 1:1; John 1:1-3; Matt. 28:19,20).
That the Bible, in its original texts, both Old and New Testaments, is God’s written revelation to man; that it consists of inspired, God-breathed documents; and that it is the divinely authoritative standard by which Christians are to live (2 Tim. 3:16-17: 2 Pet. 1:20-21).
That Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God, and has accomplished sinful man’s redemption through the shedding of His blood at His sacrificial death on the cross (Matt. 16:16; 1 Pet. 2:24).
That Jesus was buried, then on the third day God raised him from the dead and therefore conquered sin and death (Ps 16:8-11, Luke 24:46; Acts 2:25-36; 17:3; I Cor. 15:3-8).
That redemption is according to the grace of God, and available to all who respond in faith by repentance, public profession of Jesus as savior, and immersion in water in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, for the remission of sin (John 3:16; Rom. 10:9-10; Acts 2:38; 22:16).
That God created male and female, and that these two distinct, complimentary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. Therefore, gender is a biological issue (Gen. 1:26-27).
